Managing Anxiety with Mind-Body Therapy
Jamie White Counseling helps clients understand and manage anxiety by addressing both the mind and body. Using a combination of applied polyvagal theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness and mindful movement, Jamie guides clients in in befriending and regulating their nervous systems.
Clients learn practical tools to soothe anxiety as well as identify the root cause, helping them feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their daily life.
