Experience a new level of calm. 


Anxiety can manifest as constantly running "what if" scenarios through your mind all the time, panic attacks, feeling irritable or on edge, worrying, sleep problem, having a sense of being "on guard" all the time, trouble falling or staying asleep, among other things.


This workshop will be a combination of discussion, breath work, meditation and gentle movement. We'll explore how the nervous system, brain and body are impacted by stress and learn ways to use our yoga practice to restore balance. All levels welcome!

  • Understand how stress can affect the nervous system, brain and body
  • Learn strategies for managing anxiety you can practice on your own
  • Experience a shift in your nervous system through grounding and centering practices done during the workshop
